If you are late and can not be accommodated within the Salon hours, your appointment will be treated as a cancellation and will result in you being charged 100% of your scheduled service. Every effort will be made to accommodate your appointment, but if it can not be accommodated you will be charged.
Your appointment is for you. Please do not bring children, friends or family that are not scheduled to receive a service.
Walk-in appointments are welcome and available on first come first serve bases.
Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours prior to scheduled appointments or will result in you being charged 100% of your scheduled service or services.
If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, and your technician cannot accommodate you because of time restraints, your appointment will be treated as a late cancellation. You will be charged 100% of the price of scheduled appointment you arrived too late to receive service.
